Everything leaves the atelier wrapped by hand, insured and tracked.

Delivery times

Europe: 2–3 working days. United Kingdom and United States: 3–5 working days.

Rest of world: 5–8 working days. All parcels are tracked and require a signature.

Shipping cost

Complimentary on orders above 300. Below that, a flat insured rate is shown at checkout before payment.

Duties and taxes

Duties are calculated and settled at checkout for most destinations, so nothing is owed on delivery.

Returns

Thirty days from delivery, unworn and with tags attached. Return labels are prepaid — request one from your order confirmation or by writing to client care.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five working days of arrival.

Repairs
